Our children and youth programs are a fun way for kids to learn about God's Word and participate in great activities. Children ages 3-12 please join us for some fun every Sunday at 9:00 am.
BLAST (for ages 3 - 6) will begin at 9:00 am and run for the duration of each service. Children will begin worship in the Hall upstairs with their families, then go downstairs to their classes. They are to be picked up and signed out downstairs at the end of the service.
BREAKFAST CLUB (for ages 7 - 10) will begin at 9:00 am. They will start in the Contemporary Service and enjoy breakfast together, then go downstairs to their classes. They are to be signed out and picked up downstairs at the end of the service.
JUNIOR & SENIOR YOUTH (ages 11 - 17+) will begin at 9:00 am in the Hall upstairs. Youth will sit together for the beginning of the service, then move to the Youth Attic for the rest of their program.

Church Nursery - St. James offers parents a supervised nursery during both Sunday worship services (newborn to age 3). The nursery is found on the lower level and is supervised by Freida Hone, a trained and certified E.C.E. professional with many years of experience (currently on staff at the YMCA). Parents are welcome to use the nursery for any of their baby care needs. At St. James, all of God's children are important!
YOUTH PROGRAM
SUNDAYS at 9:00 am: Youth gather at tables for the first part of the 9:00 am Contemporary Service, then move to the Youth Room for their programs.
WEDNESDAY 6:30 - 8:00 pm - YOUTH GROUP FOR AGES 13+. St. James host a youth group on Wednesday nights from September through mid-June for area youth ages 13 and older. A safe, Christian environment is provided by our Youth Leader Andre Boersma and parent volunteer Lynda Carey. MONTHLY 4YOUTH NIGHT FOR AGES 10 - 12 YEARS. Once a month youth from our church and community are invited to our 4Youth program. Leaders Sarah Nicholson, Brittany Skingley and Luke offer a lively opportunity for them to get together in our Attic Youth Room. For more information the leaders can be reached at bls4youth@gmail.com. Next upcoming meeting is February 10 from 7 - 9 pm.
