Online Donations
St. James United Church can accept online donations through CanadaHelps, a not-for-profit organization set up specifically to make online giving to charitable organizations. This will allow you to give from your computer using your credit or debit card on a secure site. You will be able to take advantage of various donation options including:

- Monthly gifts (instead of envelopes or PAR)
- Gifts for special appeals
- Gifts to the Mission & Service (M&S) Fund
- Celebration, honour or memorial gifts

Enter the amount that you want to give, then indicate if this is a one-time gift or one to be deducted monthly from your credit card.
Scroll down and select the fund to which you want to direct your donation, and then follow the instructions. There is a small fee of 3.9 percent charged to the church for each transaction.
Regular offerings go to the General Fund.
You will receive a confirmation of your donation by e-mail and your CRA-compliant tax receipt.
